Bachelor of Computer Science (Internet Computing) with honours first offered in Semester 1 Session 2014/2015. The programme has received the quality certificate from the Malaysian Qualification Agency with reference number MQA/PA2934 starting 21 July 2014. Bachelor of Computer Science (Internet Computing) with Honors is a full-time study. The programme duration is three and a half years covering SEVEN SEMESTER consisting of six (6) regular semester and six (6) months of industrial training. Teaching and learning methods for each course is conducted through lectures, tutorials, practical, presentations, projects and industrial training.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Senior High School/Senior Secondary /Other Certifications from government schools (with the period of at least 11 to 12 years of study from primary to higher secondary.

• Pass General Certificate of Education (GCE)/ ‘A’ Level
  OR
• Diploma in related field
  OR
• Any other Certificate that is recognized and approved by the Senate of the University

  English Requirements:
  
  • Test of English Foreign Language (TOEFL iBT) score of 45
  • International English Language Testing Service (IELTS) Band 5.5
  • Malaysian University English Test (MUET) Band 3

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

1. GCE (A Level)
   Pass with a minimum of grade C in the following subject:
   - Mathematics / Further Mathematics
   AND
   At least 9/15 points
   
   OR
   
   
2. International Baccalaureate(IB)
   Pass International Baccalaureate (IB) with a minimum score of 27 IB points.
   AND
   Obtain a minimum of IB grade 4 in Mathematics

The duration of the program is three (3) and a half years comprising six (6) ordinary semesters and six (6) months Industrial Training.

1. General Management Fee (No 2) is charged in the 5th semester only.
2. The Co-curriculum Accreditation Fee is charged on the 6th semester for students involved with Co-curriculum who require the following accreditation:
   • Local students - RM50.00
   • International student - USD20
3. Tuition fees for students who enroll in courses under 12 credit hours as follows:
   • Diploma - RM20.00/ credit hours
   • Degree (Local) - RM20.00/ credit hours
   • Degree (International) - USD30/ credit hours
